Processing & delivery
For in-stock (premade) merchandise, orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. We use the best shipping option for your location and package size, most commonly UPS Ground. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders containing custom items
If your order includes both custom and in-stock merchandise, the entire order will ship once the custom item is completed. If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders, one for custom items and one for in-stock merchandise.

Do you offer in-person pickup?

Yes. Free in-person pickup is available for Bellmore, NY locals. Pickup details will be sent by email once your order is ready.

All custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

For in-stock (non-custom) merchandise, size exchanges may be available, subject to item availability.
